  • Shoot The Piano Player (Tirez Sur Le Pianiste) (1960)

Directed by: François Truffaut   Written By: François Truffaut & Marcel Moussy

Based on the book “Down There” by David Goodis

    Starring: Charles Aznavour

9/10 This french film so appropriately describes the way in which a man thinks when trying to decipher the psyche of a woman. As guys we rely on a constant flow of inferences made by viewing just the slightest gestures she is making. Truffaut gives us these little thoughts layered under an interesting story of a man and his inability to escape his roots.
